The company behind Allie Glines’ Ravie Beauty will use the funding to launch additional influencer-led beauty brands

FounderSix, the beauty brand incubator behind YouTuber Allie Glines’ Ravie Beauty, has secured US$12m in funding.

The investment comes from venture capital firm KD Capital, known for supporting start-ups including OKCupid and Shoprunner.

FounderSix said it would use the funds to introduce new influencer-led beauty brands to market.

Founded in 2020 by Oli Goulden and Pieter Wittgen, beyond Ravie Beauty the company has also supported Anablue, the hair care brand from influencer Lauren Perez; and make-up range Ary World from TikTok star Alex Renee.

“Our investment in FounderSix is a testament to our trust in Oli and Pieter’s leadership,” said KD Capital’s Managing Partner, Lewis Cheng.

“Their guiding principle of investing in people, not just ideas, resonates deeply with us.

“Both have a fantastic talent for creating exciting new brands from scratch and their proven track record makes us very excited to support their vision into the future.”
