In this fast-paced and flexible environment no two days are the same, as you work to provide outstanding service and support.

With your passion for beauty and bettering customer experience, and with full training in the product catalogue, you will respond to queries on social media, by email and through other channels.

We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in customer service, ideally in beauty or personal care, and a friendly, professional manner both in person and in writing.
