As part of a fast-paced, growing sales team, you will focus on providing excellent administrative and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer emails and requests in a timely manner
  • Process purchase orders, monitor order status, and follow up on any issues
  • Maintain stock levels by ordering inventory replenishment
  • Send product samples to customers
  • Provide sales team with marketing materials and assets as needed
  • Complete administrative paperwork and forms
  • Forecast inventory needs and liaise with planning team on large orders
  • Support account managers with various tasks including pricing lists and new product listings

The ideal candidate has previous sales support experience plus strong organisational and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and experience in a retail environment is a strong advantage.

This is a hybrid role, working 2-3 days each week in the office.
