Position Overview: As a Senior International Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our beauty brand across Europe and the United States. They are looking for an experienced and results-driven professional who is adept at managing distributors, wholesalers, and retailers within the beauty industry. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining strong partnerships to help us achieve our ambitious international growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers across Europe and the US.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing, sales, and product development efforts.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Provide market insights to the product development team to enhance our product offerings.
  • Develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies to drive sales and market share.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the beauty industry, with a focus on cosmetics and skincare products.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in international account management.
  • Successful track record of managing distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Strong knowledge of the European and US beauty markets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
