Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall management and projects through methodology
- Responsible New Product Development and Existing Product Development projects.
- Design reporting metrics for Senior Leadership Team.
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful NPD delivery.
- Ensure processes and procedures are continuously reviewed.
- Support internal and external teams to ensure standards are maintained throughout product development.
- Build strong relationships through the business.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in Project Management, Product Development, Sales & Marketing within Beauty, Personal Care & FMCG.
- Passionate about product with a strong creative and innovative flair, with commercial acumen and detail orientated when it comes to being able to own, interpret and manage a critical path to time, risk and budget.
- Prince2 certified, or equivalent
- Knowledge of a working in a matrix organisation
- Strong background working with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task within a timescale and work efficiently under pressure.
- Adaptable, flexible and a team player.
- Strong skills working with Microsoft programmes such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
