Social Media Executive - up to £32,000 - London based (Hybrid 1/2 Office days a week)

Lavandi Talent are working with an amazing brand within the Beauty & Personal Care industry. Due to huge growth this year and plans for 2024 they are on the lookout for an exceptional Social Media Executive

If you have a strong passion for the Beauty and Personal Care Industry and love everything social media this may be a great opportunity for you! The right candidates must have relevant experience and a creative flair!

Responsibilities:

  • Must be very experienced with TikTok. Looking after content creation, engaging and monitoring relationships with influencers and talent
  • Engaging with target audience by writing blogs and being active on all social channels (Facebook, Instagram etc)
  • Creating content for different socials, still and video ensuring the work aligns with brand guidelines
  • Track content and social performance and monitor back to relevant departments
  • Dive deep into competitor research to drive brand awareness

The right candidate:

  • Be able to work well in a team but be extremely independent.
  • Expert with social media platforms.
  • Passionate for the Beauty & Personal Care Industry
  • Great personal, communication and presentation skills
  • Multi-tasker, work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload effectively
